Procedure:

Choose “Vehicle”→ “Immobilizer” → “Peugeot/ Citroen/ DS” → “Peugeot/ Citroen/ DS V31.11”.

Choose “Citroen” then “Read security code”.

Turn ignition on and off then turn it on again.

Now it is reading security code. Engine light is blinking in the progress.

According to the tips, turn off ignition then turn it on. Repeat several times.
